In one convenient location an individual can access their BCBSRI plan benefits, health programs and services, wellness (if applicable), clinical support, and customer service—and receive personalized support from Care Guides, registered nurses, and certified health coaches.
Online, on an app, or over the phone, an individual can:
- Check coverage, claims, costs, and other plan info
- Get help finding doctors and scheduling appointments
- Connect with health management programs
- Find help for urgent or chronic health needs
- Access the wellness program or a health savings account, if applicable
Data-driven outreach, personalized recommendations
Healthcare isn’t one-size-fits-all. BlueCare Connect uses integrated data to understand each member’s health profile and provide appropriate recommendations. Your employees might receive a personalized email or text, see a program promotion on their digital dashboard, or hear a friendly reminder from a Care Guide during a private conversation.
Registered nurses are available to answer their questions and address urgent health needs. Certified health coaches can work with your employees on nutrition, fitness, and other personal health goals.
