2022 Product Updates

Our 2022 Commercial portfolio includes the following product families:

• VantageBlue
• BlueSolutions
• Access Blue New England
• Network Blue New England
• Blue Choice New England
• Network Blue New England Options
• HealthMate Coast-to-Coast (LG only)
• Blue High Performance Network℠ (BlueHPN) (LG only)

The following changes apply to both the LG and SG portfolios, unless otherwise noted.

Deductible changes:

BlueSolutions - $6,900/$13,800 deductible plan

• Deductible changed to $7,000/$14,000

Access Blue New England - $6,900/$13,800 deductible plan

• Deductible changed to $7,000/$14,000

The following plans will be added:

• Network Blue New England - $500/$1,000 deductible
• Blue Choice New England - $500/$1,000 deductible
• VantageBlue - $5,000/$10,000 deductible (SG only)

The following plan will be removed:

• Network Blue New England - $1,000/$2,000 deductible, 80/NC coinsurance
