New and Improved Broker Portal with Commission System Upgrade

We are committed to improving your experience as a valued broker partner. To that end, we are in the process of implementing a new broker portal, due later this year, with interactive broker dashboards that will provide improved commission statements, ad hoc report generation capabilities, bonus tracking, and automated dispute resolution.

As of 1 de abril, 2019, you will no longer be able to access your Callidus commission statements through the Callidus link at bcbsri.com. Please make every effort to secure all of your current and historical commission statements before this date. In the interim, we will be sending monthly statements to the commission contacts we have on file. If you have not yet confirmed a contact, please do so by emailing BrokerRelations@bcbsri.org to confirm the correct email address is on file.
