Thank you for your feedback about our new Wellness Premium Reward Program. Your enthusiasm for the program means a lot to us! Just in case you still have questions regarding how it will benefit your employer groups, we’ve created a document that helps answer common questions, such as “How can I see my status in the program?" or “When will I receive my Wellness Premium Reward payout?"

As you know, this program gives employers a reward of up to 8% of their total annual medical premium back for fostering and promoting a healthy workplace.
