Broken down by Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and federal law and policy developments, the Digital Digest is a resource for care teams who want to be more effective around the social needs of the people they serve. It covers a roster of more than 10 domains of health-related social needs, such as housing, food and immigration, with attention to key developments and what they mean for successful problem-solving.
