Coming soon BCBSRI will be introducing online web claim submission through bcbsri.com. We are currently beginning the pilot stage of our testing and are hoping to go live for all providers in January of 2024.

• Small offices will be able to submit claims directly through bcbsri.com. Larger offices can continue to submit through their clearing houses.
• Corrected Claims via the portal will only be allowed for claims submitted initially through the portal.
• All offices will be able to request a claim adjustment through bcbsri.com
• All offices will be able to submit an appeal through bcbsri.com
  • Complaints will be submitted as they are today and not through bcbsri.com
