In ongoing efforts to increase access to behavioral health providers for our members, BCBSRI has partnered with Doctors Online to provide behavioral health visits via telehealth. BCBSRI members with telehealth benefits will be able to utilize the Doctors Online mobile app and platform to access psychiatry and therapy visits virtually, at a time and location most convenient to them. Doctors Online’s doctors are U.S. board certified, licensed to practice in their state, and have profiles online so that our members can learn more about their education and practice experience.
