Program: NOCD Florida Behavioral Health, P.A.
Program Summary:
The NOCD Teletherapy program for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Related
Disorders is staffed by licensed clinicians and supervised associates. Therapists front load the
therapy (Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), for OCD, Habit Reversal Training (HRT) for
Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) and Tics, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
for Hoarding) and work with Members to achieve a significant reduction in OCD, Excoriation,
Trichotillomania, Tics, and Hoarding.
Assessments are used, along with clinical judgement, to assist in decision making around session
frequency as well as levels of care. Consultation with prescribers is also available with outside agencies.
Clinical programming includes individual therapy sessions provided over a teletherapy platform.
All sessions are video and audio, barring any emergency needs. All clinical staff are trained in the treatment of these conditions over the course of a 12-week onboarding experience, and continuous case consultations are offered by NOCD clinical leadership.
