To ensure your patient pays $0, please educate them on enrolling in Pfizer's patient assistance program before they fill your prescription. They should call 1-877-219-7225 or visit paxlovid.com/paxcess. Please note: If they get Paxlovid without enrolling in the program, they will have to pay some of the costs, which for non-low-income subsidy members could be substantial. We cannot guarantee the pharmacy will use a government supply, if available.
