In partnership with Spine Care Partners, BCBSRI introduced a spine care pathway training to physical therapists and chiropractors in 2020. The program is offered through a partnership with the primary care providers affiliated with Lifespan (Lifespan Physician Group and Community Physician Partners) who have participated in their own educational program, and will align their referrals to those physical therapists and chiropractors who have completed this training.

This training is now available on our secure provider portal within the Tools & Resources section. Once the training is complete, 12 continuing education units will be given.
